Error 500 http web server:Access denied exception

I have a customer who is receiving the error Error 500 http web server:Access denied exception when trying to view an Xpage in Lotus Notes.

We have checked the permissions and the user is the group to allow Access to the server

 

Is anyone aware of the fix for this error or what troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve?

 You need to check the ACL's of all of the databases that are used as datasources and ensure that both the signer of the xpage as well as the user accessing the xpage are listed with the appropriate rights.
 
Check the console.log file as well as the notes log nsf that should give you more detail on what resource access is being denied too.
